Monstera 'Peru Variegated' (also known as Monstera karstenianum variegata) is a rare and highly desirable variety known for its thick, textured, deep green leaves accented with stunning cream, white, and mint variegation. Unlike other Monsteras, its foliage is smooth and leathery with a unique quilted appearance and no fenestrations, giving it a bold, sculptural look. It thrives in bright, indirect light to maintain its variegation and prefers well-draining soil that dries slightly between waterings.
