At Happy Potting, we take great care in preparing your plants for their journey to ensure they arrive safe, healthy, and ready to thrive in their new home.

🚚 Shipping Carriers & Services

We ship all plants via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, depending on quickest delivery times. These services offer faster delivery and include tracking and insurance.

🗓 Shipping Days

We ship live plants on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only to minimize the risk of delays over the weekend.

📦 Packaging

  • All plants are carefully packaged using moisture-retaining wrap and insulated materials when needed.
  • Boxes are labeled “Fragile” to help ensure gentle handling.
  • We pack plants the way we’d want to receive them – securely and with care!

🌍 Shipping Restrictions

Please check your state’s regulations before placing an order. Some states have agricultural restrictions on certain plants. We are not responsible for packages that are seized or delayed due to state agricultural inspections.

📸 Unboxing Policy

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to shipping damage, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video within 1 hour of delivery
  • Email the video and photos to Happypotting1@gmail.com

❄️ Weather Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures or packages left outdoors. Please track your shipment and bring it inside as soon as possible. Heat packs are available for purchase on the website, and encouraged for shipping locations below 50 degrees fahrenheit.

💳 Payment & Invoicing

Invoices must be paid within 1 hours of claiming a plant. Shipping rates will be presented at checkout. We offer combined shipping on multiple plants.

Cuttings & Nodes

Cuttings and unrooted nodes are sold as-is. We cannot guarantee rooting success and do not offer refunds or store credit for failure to root after purchase.

if you are purchasing plants through us on a different platform or in-person, please know that all of these same standards and policies still do apply.
