Refund & Store Credit Policy

At Happy Potting, we take pride in sending you happy, healthy plants — carefully packaged with love. While we do everything possible to ensure your plant arrives safely, sometimes things can go wrong during transit. Below is our refund and credit policy so you know exactly what to expect before placing an order.

How to Request Store Credit

If your plant qualifies for our Live Arrival Guarantee, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery via email or Facebook direct message. Include:

  • Your order number
  • An unboxing video showing the plant in its original packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer you one of the following:

  • A store credit equal to the plant's value

OR

A replacement plant, subject to availability (Shipping costs are non-refundable)
