Hoya Elliptica

Hoya Elliptica (commonly known as the Turtle Shell Hoya) is a rare and eye-catching species known for its thick, elliptic leaves with a unique veining pattern that closely resembles the shell of a turtle. The deep green foliage features light, symmetrical veins that give it a distinct, geometric look. When mature, it can produce clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers typical of Hoyas. This slow-growing vine thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers to dry out between waterings.
